Born from a Need for Better Wildlife Response
Wildlife Protection Australia (operating as Australian Animal Conservation) was founded in April 2022 when our team recognized a critical gap in wildlife emergency response. Too many injured and endangered animals weren't getting help simply because people didn't know who to call or how to report them effectively.
Traditional methods of wildlife reporting were slow, inefficient, and often required multiple phone calls. By the time help arrived, it was sometimes too late. We knew technology could solve this problem.
Our team of wildlife conservationists and app developers created a solution: a mobile application that makes reporting wildlife emergencies as simple as taking a photo, with automatic GPS location capture and instant notification to the nearest qualified rescue agencies.
